Jason has performed improv comedy as a company member of the DSI Comedy Theater of Carrboro, NC where he performed
with Mister Diplomat, ComedySportz, Quinn & Ward,and Match Game among others. Jason has also performed improv comedy in New
York City and Florida. Jason has taught improv comedy and acting classes or workshops for DSI Comedy Theater, Florida Studio
Theatre, Florida Repertory Theatre, American Stage, The University of South Florida, and The University of North Carolina
at Greensboro.
Jason has been awarded the BA in Theatre from The University of South Florida, the MFA in Acting and
the MA in Communication Studies from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and the Certificate in Acting from The
Circle in the Square Theatre School. He received his improv training from The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and Armando
Diaz.
Jason lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife, Emily, who is a dancer/choreographer, and their daughter, Zoe.
